Anthony Voelker IV, founder of Volk, has been building businesses since his early teens on Long Island, New York. Turning hard work and entrepreneurship into a lifelong passion. From running landscaping, snow removal, and detailing businesses to working on sportfishing boats and earning his 100-ton Master Captain’s License. At 19, he began building Volk while working full-time, personally printing and producing every piece of apparel from the ground up. Today, alongside his closest friends and family, Anthony continues to grow Volk into a true American startup brand rooted in loyalty, work ethic, and authentic blue-collar roots.

Outside of Volk, Anthony is an outdoorsman who enjoys surfing, fishing, hunting, and snowboarding.

Born and raised on Long Island, New York. Sean has been part of Volk since the early days, helping build the brand through events, operations, and team orders. As the company continues to grow, Sean now serves as a partner, overseeing operations and supporting the brand’s continued expansion.

Outside of Volk, Sean is an outdoorsman who spends his time fishing, hunting, and diving, while also having a strong background in woodworking and craftsmanship.

Sean played Division I lacrosse at Towson University and graduated from Stony Brook University in 2021 with a Business Honors degree.

Born in New York and raised in Florida before settling in North Carolina with his wife and two children. Brian has been a tremendous asset to Volk's growth as a partner and CFO, helping oversee the business and guide the brand as it continues to expand. Brian is a driven entrepreneur with a deep appreciation for the outdoors and family life. He enjoys spending time boating, at the beach, or hiking in the mountains.

Brian played collegiate football as a quarterback at Wofford College, where he studied Economics and Studio Art while lettering for three seasons and earning Dean’s List honors. He later finished his playing career as a team captain at Coastal Carolina University, earning his fourth varsity letter while completing his MBA as a Student of the Year finalist and President’s List honoree.

Rob Kass serves as President and Partner at Volk, where he provides strategic leadership and growth oversight.

His leadership foundation was formed at East Carolina University, where he competed as a quarterback while completing both undergraduate and graduate degrees. The discipline, resilience, and accountability developed during that period remain central to how Rob leads teams, builds culture, and drives results.

Outside of Volk, Rob is a devoted husband and father of three, an avid boater, and a lifelong sports fan whose entrepreneurial mindset and competitive spirit continue to shape how he builds teams and long-term partnerships.

Christian is the Director of Photography at Volk. He’s supported the brand since the very beginning in 2018, but over the past year he’s been able to fully apply his skill set, helping shape and shoot the visual build-up leading into the launch of V1.

Christian is an award winning Director of Photography and Editor focused on abstract story telling. He has 5+ years of experience in extreme sports, fashion, documentaries, commercials, music videos and more.

Christian is also a published photographer and has been recognized by Surfer Magazine for his ocean imagery. His work is a reflection of several years spent on the North Shore of Oahu, Tahiti, and Indonesia. However, he now resides in New York.
